Earlier this evening (Feb 21) the following was posted to the the Bride’s A La Mode facebook page by Kelsey Jones one of the brides caught up in the BAM closing mess.

BRIDES ALA MODE UPDATE – I was actually in the store today (drove by &there were 3 ladies (1 of which was the previous manager of Andrea’s Bridal) standing in the store who let me in to talk about my situation). they told me they are working separate from Kathy & have decided on their own to come in and try to do “damage control” and figure things out for those of us who have things on order. While I was in the store they set up a yahoo email for us to get in touch with them. The email that was set up is damagecontrol1229@yahoo.com (at least that is what was given to me). They ask that everyone be kind since they aren’t even sure where to begin because things are such a mess. I agreed to send this to those who had posted on the fb page & they would like everyone to email them with their situation – they need to figure out who has dresses in the store (since the records aren’t correct) & what is owed, who has dresses actually on order & which designers to contact, what items were never actually orderd, and what needs to be refunded (although this didn’t sound promising).

We have sent an email to this address ourselves, to get more information and will let you know what we find out.
